St Peters Road St Leonards-on-Sea is a very quiet residential road wtih good free parking, We are about 900m from the sea,and about fifteen minutes from the lively centre of Hastings.

Buses pass the end of the road and we have a good supermarket, small local shops,  a range of takeaways and an excellent bakers all within a couple of minutues walk.

Central St Leonards has a wider range of food shops several ethnic restaurants and the celebrated St Clements restaurant. 

The first floor is accessible by stairlift, except there are two steps to the front door and two at the top of the lift. On this floor there is the sitting room, one bathroom, the kitchen and two bedrooms. The stairlift has a weight limit of 18 stone, 130 kg.

Bright  and sunny south facing, this room has seating for ten, with three comfortable Collins and Hayes sofas and two armchairs.

Why not park your car at the top of West Hill near the ruins of William the Conqueror's first castle wall down through the quaint historic Hastings old town, enjoy fish and chips at one of the numerous restaurants near Winkle Island and take the Victorian lift back up?
