1 Bookings for our self catering accommodation are accepted subject to availability. A deposit of 50% of the rental becomes payable at the time of reservation with full payment due 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings are only secured on receipt of payment and of confirmation of such receipt by the owner. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental the total rental fee is payable. Non payment of the balance by the due date shall be construed as a cancellation by the client. Reminders are not issued as the date the balance is due is stated on your invoice.
2 Cancellation must be advised in writing as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to relet the accommodation. If the owner succeeds in reletting the accommodation he shall refund all monies paid less £15. You are strongly advisedto take out cancellation insurance.
3The rental period commences unless otherwise agreed in writing at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of departure.
4 No more than the number of persons stated at the time of booking may stay at the apartment.
5 Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No pets are allowed.
6 The client agrees to keep the accommodation and all furniture, fitments and contents therein in the same state of repair and condition (other than fair wear and tear) as at the start of the period of hire. The client agrees to pay for any loss damage or breakage that may occur during the period of letting and to lock the apartment securely when it is unoccupied.
7 If the apartment that the client has booked becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the owners control all monies paid will be reimbursed. No compensation, expenses costs or other sums of any description will be paid in any circumstances.
8 The owner shall be allowed the right of entry to the apartment at all reasonable times to carry out necessary maintenance or repairs.
9 The apartment may not be used to hold Stag or Hen parties or other parties which generate excessive noise.
10 The owner shall not be liable to the client for any accident, damage, injury, loss, expense or inconvenience which may be suffered,incurred or arise during the rental.
11 If the client has any complaint it should be notified to the owner or key holder immediately.
